Medium to Small house-trained pets below 55 lbs only
Tenants must pick-up bag any pet droppings from the yard daily and keep the patio free of weeds. Any fines accessed by the HOA for non compliance will be passed onto the Tenant.
Pet fee is **$150
** Please note that we have our carpets cleaned after every tenant who had pets($150) by Natural Chem dry. The carpet cleaning company will Inspect our home upon arrival for any pet accidents. If found, using their UV light, than the carpet will need to be treated with Special enzymes and we will be charged an additional $50. This will be documented with Photo's. This will be deducted from the Damage deposit.

The seaside is 10 km away and a 10-15 minute drive will take you to several beaches, at Follonica, Punta Ala, Cala Violino and Puntone di Scarlino. The village of Bagno di Gavorrano is 1 km distant and has many of the facilities you will need, including 2 bakeries, 3 banks, various shops, a large supermarket, and many bars and restaurants. Follonica is a vibrant seaside resort and a mecca for shopping. There are many medieval hill cities to visit, including Scarlino with its castle, Gavoranno, and especially Massa Marittima, while the fishing village of Castiglione della Pescaia is 20 km distant. Many historic cities are a short drive away, including San Gimignano, Volterra and Montalcino, also Etruscan settlements like Vetulonia, and the queen of them all, Siena.
